There was a hard stretch of my life when Sundays were the only time I had with my sons. Most of those Sundays, we were on a golf course. Those mornings became everything to me.
So I don't see a cancellation as an empty slot. Somebody was waiting on it. A haircut the day before a wedding. A Saturday on the water. Every missed booking is a missed moment, and I wanted to build something that catches them.
I didn't do this alone. Someone has been in it with me since the day the idea came up, and still is.

Owners pay 8% on each cancellation we fill, and nothing when we don't.
